Beach, and Portsmouth
(the southside) although we will consider other places in the
Hampton Roads area.

your specific needs and our services.

Q: Is Tall-Timers insured and bonded?
A: Yes, Tall-Timers holds liability and workers comp insurance.
Tall-Timers is also bonded.
Q: Will I get to interview candidates
before they are placed?
A: Yes, Tall-Timers will find the best candidates that match
your needs and will allow you to interview them to determine which
employees you’d like to pursue.
Q: Does Tall-Timers screen all
applicants?
A: Yes, before placement can occur, Tall-Timers checks
references and screens all applicants.

Q: If
I get a job through Tall-Timers, who employs me?
Tall-Timers or the company I work for?
A: You will be employed by Tall-Timers until (or if) the company
pays Tall-Timers a buyout fee.
Q: Do I get time off for school breaks?
A: No, school breaks are not scheduled time off unless you work
out something with the company where you are placed. Due to the nature of Tall-Timers business, many companies
understand that flexibility is needed during these times.
Q: How long will it take before I get a
job through Tall-Timers?
A: It could take anywhere from a few days to a few months,
depending on the jobs available and skills needed.
In some instances, some applicants may not be placed.
We do all we can to place all applicants but there are no
guarantees.
