Tall-Timers targets a specific niche of employees.  Our applicant pool consists of mostly moms and dads that, at one time, put their careers on hold in order to be at home with their families.  Most have college degrees and vast professional experience in the corporate world.  They are educated, talented, and dependable yet need the flexibility of a part-time job.

How Tall-Timers was founded

With a Bachelor’s degree in business and 14 years experience working in a variety of professional positions, Rebecca Tall left her full-time job to stay at home with her triplets.  After the kids started school, Rebecca found that she wanted to work a few hours a week.  She wanted a position that utilized her professional background, while allowing her the flexibility she needed to tend to family matters. After speaking with others, she discovered that she was not alone; many other parents were also looking to find a similar balance between maintaining professional skills and raising a family. She also discovered that businesses wanted professional part-timers to do project work, bookkeeping, marketing functions, etc.  Thus, Tall-Timers was founded and now places professional moms, dads, and retirees in jobs that allow them to use their work experience, yet gives them the flexibility they need.
